Why can’t I print internet coupons?

I used to be able to print internet coupons, all the different types, now though I am unable to print any coupons that are processed through a coupon manager(i.e. coupons.com, smartsource.com, etc). This is a downloadable feature that allows you to print the coupon. It is installed on my computer, but always crashes.
Does anyone know why that happens? And what I can do to remedy it? My printer works to print other coupons without a print manager (i.e. Pepsi Xtras coupons, blockbuster.com, etc.)Thank you for any information!
No, I forgot to add my Norton virus definitions are up to date, and my computer has been scanned, no viruses. All other microsoft updates are current as well.
