Does anyone save a lot of money with coupons?

I keep reading these articles of these people that save insane amounts of money using coupons. For example the can get several bottles of shampoo, toothpaste, razors, body wash etc for $11. Or they get purchases for free. I guess there is a trick to stacking coupons with a store’s incentives. I have visited a few websites where you can print out coupons, but as I always tend to buy the store brand anyway, I just don’t know if I could really save that much more to make it worth my time. Does anyone do this, and do you have some idea to help me be a coupon queen?
