Use the coupons that are printed on the box?

I received a lot of coupons each time they shop at Kroger. Most are i dont use products. This Once I realized that a coupon for something that not only will I use but I have a coupon manufacurer intuitive "obtained by the newspaper. Can I use for a purchase? I will get it for 30 instead of $ 3.99. Great deal eh?
