Need help with AVG free edtion?

I have the free edition of AVG and every time it scans my computer, it removes my coupon toolbar. It seems to thinks it’s a virus or whatever. Evey few days when it scans, I have to put the toolbar back on and it can be a pain. Does anyone know how to change the AVG so that it doesn’t scan certain programs or know how to put my toolbar on the “Good List”.
