What would be your suggestions for selling our brand for our resturant we just purchased?

We recently purchased a small take out resturant that was only in business for 4 months. The previous owners started from scratch with the construction to the new equipment. We bought it for only 60K as turn key here is a small town in the space coast of Florida. The business as they had it did not do well.. Lunch and an early dinner take out. The food was mostly frozen and either deep fried or microwaved. We chaned it to do breakfast and lunch and also open on Saturdays. So far the first week we did a minimal amount of business. we are doing some local advertising including the chamber of commerce, local church bulletin, a small seniors bi weekly newspaper and a local coupon book. We also where handing out flyers. We are dping abput $100.00 a day the first week. We need to get it to $300-$400 a day a quick as possible in order to pay our expenses. All our food is home made with a few specialties of sandwiches on the menu. From our cheese steaks to burgers to special hot dogs.
