How can I tell if Target carries a specific item I want?

I found this dress at my local target a couple days ago that I loved, but it was too small, so I didn’t get it.
I figured I’d just go online and get it in my size and use a coupon code to get free shipping or something, so it wouldn’t be so much more expensive than the store.
Well I went online and couldn’t find any codes unless I spend over $50.
So now what I’m wondering: Is there a way I can call other Target stores in my area to see if they carry this specific dress in my size? That way I won’t have to drive all the way there and look?
