PAN details of the card number application 031526901, coupon no. 021875549?

I applied for PAN card, dated 19-11-2007 (application number – 032696091, coupon number – 021875549), after contact with UTI Technology Services, Bangalore, I heard there was a mistake in the number of coupons and I was asked to apply again. As suggested, I applied again with the application No. – 031526901 and coupon no. – 021875549 (free of charge Processing now dated 11-01-08). Now when I try to follow the application http://myutitsl.co.in/intra/web/pantrack.jsp, no information is there. February 15 is the last day to give details of PAN card and proof of investment in my organization. I tried many times in Chennai, Bangalore Regional Office but not the body answers the phone. Forget UTITSL. Immediately apply for a card PAN with NSDL. It is always better than UTITSL NSDL.
