Anyone participate or know of the overseas coupon program to miliary families?

I heard of this program where you “adopt” a military base overseas and you send manufactuer coupons that you wont use or that are up to 6 monthes expired for military families to use at there base stores.

We got to use coupons that had expired up to six months prior but honestly, we got enough through the magazines they give you at the commissary. I never needed any extras but I bet diaper coupons would be really appreciated!
