Make my own coupons / vouchers ……. help computer program?

Hi I'm pretty broke so for Valentine's Day this year I my husband decided to make some personal bonds and coupons for example. a dinner of your choice, a long hot bath, a day of watching football without disturbances, etc. .. …. etc. But I need some kind of computer program to do that and I'm really stuck, I was wondering if someone has done something similar and has and suggestions as what to use (preferably free!)
