What are good ways to attract customers to our Local Chinese Restaurant?

Our restaurant has been in business for probably about 20 years, so we do have our regular customers, but since economy is not the best, neither has been our business. We reopened after a whole remodeling about 4 months ago and added sushi. Along with that we sell icecream(packaged), and bottle drinks. We’ve also tried sending out flyers with coupons attached. What way can we attract more customers to our restaurant?
