I installed the coupon printer, but my coupons are not printed. Help!?!?

I tried and tried again to print coupons from coupons.com and allyou.com. The coupon printer required to print the coupons you install it. (At least that's the message I'm getting), but none of the coupons every time of printing. I read through the guide problem solving but does not apply to my problem. My browser is compatible (IE 8), my operating system (Vista) is compatible, and have a default printer (HP) selected. Nothing works and I can not answer websites. Any hints of what is wrong? Have you had the same problem and how can you fix it? I think I should have said the value of the coupon printer. Is supposed to send coupons directly to your default printer.

it is very likely that you have to download the drivers. visit their site to fetch priters printers, click the model number on the printer. Click click on downloads or something like that and chose to install the drivers for the controller by clicking the executable file that you must restart the job if not contact me
