Stimulus package in the basket? Is it real?

I received a letter (or more like a postcard) stating that the stores are closing and begging for my business and that gives me a certain amount of money for the purchase of the stimulus package. All I have to do is call toll-free card and give them my claim number next to the card. Is this real or is it a scam for someone to get the information from me? Or is it going to be a lot coupons worth about quantity, said on the card. Has any one else has anything like this? Thanks in advance for any help.

I have one like yours I was thinking about calling, but I wanted to do some research first. In the worst case if it feels like a scam you can always hang up or say no.
