How many people are receiving multiple 75 and 50 out of 100 coupons one computer?

I realize that even though Old Navy is very small weekly high dollar coupons, and although they are usually gone within one minute that people on eBay are sold in large quantities during the week. I bought from Ebay many times before, but I wonder how these vendors are able to get points and on different days, when not even in oldnavyweely.com. Any idea how are doing ????? Thank you!

I'm not 100% but the best I can think about is whether they are using proxies to hide your IP address, or I know you can send to "friends" on Facebook. My idea is that Facebook may have multiple accounts and use that to get multiple coupons themselves. I hope this helps.
