Has anyone requested the converter box coupons and not received them?

When the announcement was made at the beginning of last year that the government was going to subsidize digital converter boxes with coupons, I requested them right away. Well, the date for all digital is looming and still no coupons though the website says they were sent out (and now expired). Has this happened to anyone else?

They are very slow, because they don’t have the money set aside for the program.

Something else: if you get a defective box and return it, the store won’t give you back the coupon. It’s just lost forever.

Solution: You’ll have to get someone else to order some.
