do companies have to publish terms and conditions of coupon on the coupon?

I was wondering if they legally have to. I have a case of where I tried to redeem multiple coupons at once (buy one get one free) and they would not let me. There is no statement on the coupon saying there is a limit to one per customer per visit etc on the coupon.

yes they are supposed to let the consumer know the terms and conditions of the coupons and also the store has the right to limit the quantities that you can redeem but to answer your first question yes they are legally obligated to inform the consumer of their rights for the coupon.
