new york and company outlet stores?

On the back of my ny and company coupons – it says they cannot be used at a new york and company outlet store. I have never seen a new york and company outlet store. Where are they?

i’ve been shopping @ ny & co (lerner) for almost 20 yrs and I’ve never heard of the outlet store. I see the same thing you’re talking about on my coupons, but i searched and have never come across any (and i like to think of myself as a shopping goddess)
