The thin rectangular card coupons, usually at the front desks in Williamsburg, VA?

Slightly strange question, but I've been Williamsburg running every day looking for coupons and am short of luck! I am a student in college and used an orange "Free Chips and Cheese California Tortilla coupon "today from a friend, and have been running around like crazy trying to find another. I have beaten to the Campus Center, but had no luck (although coupons have a few others). Does anyone know the area and where can I find this coupon orange? I swear that there are many counters have these small rectangular cardboard coupons, but can not find any and it's driving me crazy:) Thanks!

I was just at the Howard Johnson Hotel, next Williamsburg Outlet Mall, yesterday. They have a small display card food stamps in the lobby – at the far left counter when you walk in. I did not realize if there were any California specifically for the tortilla. They had a bunch of them – well, there is no chance to do! Hope this helps!
