Comments Off Good program or website to put a torn / rough / faded edge or border around a digital photo?
I’m looking for a (preferably free) program that can add those nice borders around digital photos that look like rough or faded or torn or distressed edges, kind of like a coupon torn out of the newspaper but much more attractive. If you’ve seen this effect before, you know what I’m describing. I’d appreciate any suggestions you might have!
One example I found and can give is www.picfx.com … after loading an image, go to the “Borders” tab and then the “Grunge” list
